Refund and Returns Policy

14-Day Return Window

At Lamart Design, we understand that online shopping sometimes means a product isn’t quite what you expected. That’s why we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items that can be returned:

  • Unworn items in original condition
  • With all tags and labels still attached
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • Free from odors, stains, or damage

Items that CANNOT be returned:

  • Items received more than 14 days ago
  • Products that have clearly been worn or washed
  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Custom/personalized orders

How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email us at: [email protected]
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • We’ll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days

Step 2: Prepare Package

  • Pack items carefully in original packaging
  • Include the return form (sent via email)
  • Use the return label we provide

Step 3: Ship

  • Drop off package at any PostNL location
  • Keep your receipt until refund is processed

Return Costs

Netherlands customers:

  • Free returns on orders over €50
  • €4.95 return fee on orders under €50 (deducted from refund)

International customers:

  • Return shipping at customer’s expense
  • We recommend using tracked shipping

Refund Process

Processing:

  • 1-2 business days for inspection after receipt
  • 3-5 business days for refund processing
  • Refund via original payment method

Refund amount:

  • Full product price (for approved returns)
  • Minus return costs (if applicable)
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded

Exchanges

Want a different size or color?

  • Free exchanges within Netherlands on orders over €50
  • Contact us first via email to check availability
  • Original item must be returned and approved first
  • New item ships after approval

Damaged or Wrong Items

Received something you didn’t order?

  • Full refund + free return guaranteed
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange an immediate solution

Damaged during shipping?

  • Free replacement or full refund
  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photos of packaging and product required

Special Situations

Discount promotions & Promo codes:

  • Refund based on actual amount paid
  • For “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” promotions: proportional refund

Gift cards:

  • No refunds available on gift cards
  • Can be exchanged for other products

Pre-order items:

  • Cancellation possible up to 24 hours before shipping
  • Standard return policy applies after delivery

As a consumer, you have legal rights under Dutch/EU law:

  • 14-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)
  • Right to repair for defects within 2 years
