Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact customer service immediately with your order number for assistance.

Which countries do you currently ship to?
We currently deliver to select European countries including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
For EU countries, no additional fees apply. For non-EU European destinations, customs duties may be charged according to local regulations.
What if I'm not home when my package arrives?
Our carrier partners will leave a notification and arrange redelivery or pickup from a local collection point.
RETURNS AND GUARANTEE
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How do I start a return process?
Send an email to [email protected]. State the reason for return and your order number. You’ll receive a return confirmation and details to send to.
What is covered under your quality guarantee?
Our guarantee covers defects in materials and construction under normal wear. It excludes damage from improper care or accidents.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
