  • Offers are valid for 30 days unless otherwise indicated
  • Obvious errors in prices and product information do not bind Lamart Design

  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated
  • Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless explicitly mentioned
  • Lamart Design reserves the right to change prices without prior notice
  • Price changes do not affect already confirmed orders

  • Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible
  • Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings
  • Lamart Design is not liable for typing errors or inaccuracies in product information

3. Order Process

3.1 Placing Orders

  • Orders can be placed through our website at www.lamart-design.com
  • The customer must provide complete and accurate information
  • Orders are only accepted if the customer is at least 18 years old
  • Lamart Design reserves the right to refuse orders without providing reasons

3.2 Order Confirmation

  • After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email
  • The agreement is concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation
  • If no confirmation is received within 24 hours, please contact us immediately

3.3 Order Changes

  • Order changes are only possible before the order is shipped
  • Changes may affect delivery time and costs
  • Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours after order confirmation

4. Payment

4.1 Payment Methods

  • We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, Bancontact
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment partner Mollie
  • The customer is responsible for providing correct payment information

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made immediately upon placing the order
  • Orders are only processed after payment confirmation
  • In case of payment failure, the order will be cancelled

4.3 Payment Security

  • All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections
  • Lamart Design does not store payment information
  • For payment disputes, contact our customer service

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Areas

  • We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany
  • Delivery to other countries may be possible upon request
  • Additional shipping costs may apply for international deliveries

5.2 Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 1-3 business days
  • Belgium: 2-4 business days
  • Germany: 3-5 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods

5.3 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping for orders over €50 within the Netherlands
  • International shipping costs vary by destination

5.4 Delivery Process

  • Products are shipped with tracking information
  • The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address information, additional costs may apply

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Period

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The return period starts on the day of delivery
  • Returns must be announced in advance via email

6.2 Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • All labels and tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Return costs are for the customer’s account (unless the product is defective)

6.3 Return Process

  • We will provide return instructions and a return label
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product

6.4 Exceptions

  • Custom-made products cannot be returned
  • Products damaged by the customer cannot be returned
  • Hygienic products cannot be returned for health reasons

7. Warranty and Liability

7.1 Product Warranty

  • All products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse
  • Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase

7.2 Limitation of Liability

  • Lamart Design’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
  • We are not liable for indirect damages or consequential losses
  • Liability for personal injury is not excluded or limited

7.3 Force Majeure

  • Lamart Design is not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure
  • Force majeure includes but is not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, government actions, supplier failures

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Copyright

  • All content on our website is protected by copyright
  • Product designs and brand elements are property of Lamart Design
  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited

8.2 Trademarks

  • “Lamart Design” and our logo are registered trademarks
  • Use of our trademarks requires written permission
  • Violation of trademark rights will be prosecuted

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Data Processing

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • We comply with GDPR and Dutch privacy laws
  • Customer data is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes

  • In case of conflict, the most consumer-friendly interpretation applies

13. Final Provisions

  • Lamart Design reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions

  • Continued use of our services implies acceptance of new terms

13.2 Severability

  • If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect
  • Invalid provisions will be replaced with valid provisions of similar effect
  • The agreement remains binding despite invalid provisions

  • In case of translation discrepancies, the English version prevails
  • All communication regarding these terms will be in English or Dutch
